Your gift goes 50% further.

Long-time supporter Sandeep Shetty will add 50% of everything donors give by 31 December 2026, up to ₹1 Cr. The match is calculated once, on the final total, so every rupee given before the deadline counts toward it.

If we raise less than ₹2 Cr, the match is still 50% of what we raise. The tracker above shows the match unlocked so far.

Three levels stand. Two floors are waiting.

The basement, ground floor and first floor of V-Block Wing-I are built. Your gift completes the second and third floors, and everything that makes the building usable: roads, water, power and a covered link to the rest of the school.

14 classrooms

Across the second and third floors, each seating 40 students.

Solar and renewable energy

Rooftop solar that keeps the building's running costs low, in step with a campus already on 86% renewable power.

Rainwater harvesting

Rain captured from the roof and returned to the ground, adding to the campus's water recycling.

A bridge to P-Block

A covered passage links V-Block to the other academic buildings and the kitchen block.

Roads and access

Approach roads so students, staff and meal deliveries reach the building safely in every season.

Built to last

An environment-conscious design, part of a zero liquid discharge campus.

Fourteen classrooms, 5,600 futures over ten years.

Each classroom seats 40 students. Over the next decade, every one of them gives 400 children and their families a way out of the cycle of poverty passed down through generations.

Lotus Petal alumni already earn 1.5–2x India's per capita income. V-Block lets us do this for many more children. Meet our alumni

Your name stays with the building.

The children who learn in V-Block over the next decade will know who built their classrooms. Every donor is recognised on the building itself.

Questions donors ask us

How does the match work?

Sandeep Shetty adds 50% of the total raised by 31 December 2026, up to ₹1 Cr. It is calculated once, on the final total. Raise ₹2 Cr and the match brings V-Block to the full ₹3 Cr.

What if the campaign raises less than ₹2 Cr?

The match is still 50% of whatever we raise. Every gift moves the building closer to completion.

How will my name be shown?

Every donor is named on the V-Block donor wall at the building's entrance. Larger gifts are also named on the panel outside a classroom, and a gift of about ₹21 lakh names a whole classroom. Your name also appears in the donor list on this page within a day of your gift. You can give in someone's honour, or tick "donate anonymously" when you give and you'll be shown as an anonymous donor.

Is my gift tax-deductible?

Yes. Donors in India receive an 80G receipt. Donors in the USA give through Lotus Petal USA and receive a US tax receipt.

Where does the money go?

All of it goes to completing V-Block Wing-I: the second and third floors with 14 classrooms, solar infrastructure, rainwater harvesting, approach roads and the bridge to P-Block.

How will I know how the building is progressing?

The tracker on this page is updated every morning. We will also share construction updates with every donor.

Who do I contact about a larger gift or CSR partnership?
