At Lotus Petal Foundation, we use Log Frame Analysis and Theory of Change to design, monitor, and evaluate our projects and their impact. The metrics help us understand our intervention areas, identify where activities need to be modified, and underline linkages between project highlights and results.
In our constant endeavour towards transparency, we display all our program metrics for easy access. The measurement of these outcomes illustrates the kind of impact that our programs have had on communities served.
